I have this paper to do about management issues in probation/parole agencies, but I don't have a clue what that's about. Can someone give me some ideas to steer me in the right direction? Then I'll be able to figure out what chapter of my textbook focuses on this (I don't want to be reading through everything and then not even be close to the topic).
