Agnovi Corporation has 2 software products on the market to aid investigators and or intelligence analysts in managing files, collecting, collating and analyzing intelligence.

Their X-Fire (crossfire) product is designed for case management and allows investigators to track the investigation and attach all documents, statements, videos and notes to the file. It also has evidence management capabilities.  The system also has built in link analysis charting features and time line features.

REX is the entity tracking version. It has the same look and feel of X-Fire but does not have the tasking features or the time line charts incorporated, but it does have the link chart feature.

Both of the systems do have a powerful report feature, where at the click of a mouse you can have file reports completed with a searchable, automatically indexed PDF report and all the attachments automatically hyperlinked in the report.

I use both of these systems and have saved us a lot of time and cost when it was time to produce packages for court or to be able to show management who or what is happening in their area.
