Could you answer the questions below? I am doing research on why so many women quit during training. Should the process be updated to fit the female now wanting to become part of the force? Are they discriminated against? Should the training be changed?

- Do you think woman can be trained to fight and use the correct use of force tactics as men?

- Do you give as much respect to a woman police officer as you would a man?
- Since women now are lagging behind in being police officers, which is different from most jobs nowadays, do you think some changes should be made so we can have more succeed at the training?
