The short answer is no.  They are all similar, but there are over 17,000 state and local police agencies.  However, many have adopted something similar to the police code of ethics or cannon of police ethics the international association of chiefs of police has published.

 

A good place to see the different codes of ethics is the online data base maintained by the institute of technology.
