I was talking with someone today regarding search and seizure. Expectation of privacy came up and he asked where tour busses (as in those that musicians use on the road) fall.
I know that vehicles in general have a lower expectation of privacy. My question is: Do these tour buses, which are equipped as mini-apartments, and Recreational Vehicles fall under homes or vehicles for expectation of privacy?
