I was wodering if you have any knowledge of or know where I can find some stats regarding taser failure on a person under the influence of PCP. A co-worker deployed our taser (older model #M26) into the quadracept of a suspect on PCP and apparantly had no effect on the guy.
Any info you may have will be GREATLY appreciated!!!
