It is formless; it doesn’t take on a particular shape or form, nor does it go in one particular direction. A great leader can adjust to any situation at any given time, under any circumstance, and still come out successful.
True leadership is different to just about everyone. there are some basic fundamentals of leadership that may be universal to all groups and organizations. Thre is no doubt the leadership is providing direction to a group of individuals in order to achieve certain stated or implied goals. Of course the type of organization and scope of the mission in question may cause for the utilization of various methods which may differ. Good leadership does not always lead to immediate success or victory, sometimes you lose a battle but live to maybe win the war. A true leader can keep the organization focused on the mission, even in times of stress.
