I have done a new and accurate analysis of the murders of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. I have used all evidence now available to create a correct depiction of the actual carrying out of the murders of these two unfortunate victims.
My background as a medical claims examiner as well as my personal training in knife attack and defense methods for many years has assisted me in determining the actual course of events in the slayings that occurred on June 12, 1994 which were done by O.J. Simpson at the condo of Nicole Brown. I will now explain how O.J. Simpson committed these two awful killings.
Minneapolis Minnesota
Analysis of the Deaths of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman Which Occurred on June 12, 1994
Nicole Brown opened the security gate to allow Ronald Goldman to step forward to hand her Judetha Browns lost eyeglasses which were in a white envelope. O.J. Simpson ran from the darkness of the pathway of the condo at Ron Goldman’s right as Nicole Brown had just opened the security gate to receive the eyeglasses that Ronald Goldman was beginning to hand her. Ronald Goldman took two steps forward toward Nicole Brown and had both of his hands about heart height in front of him with his right hand holding the envelope which contained the eyeglasses. At that moment O.J. Simpson ran extremely fast toward Ronald Goldman from the right of Ronald Goldman and punched him in the back of the head with his left fist. O.J. Simpson held the knife in his right hand with the knife-edge toward himself.
O.J. Simpson punched Ronald Goldman in the back of the head with such extreme force while running that the impact pushed Ronald Goldman in to Nicole Brown which then caused her to hit the right upper rear area of her head against an upright rung of the fence behind her. She then fell on her back in the corner of the steps semi conscious and stunned. She had been hit in the diaphragm by the left hand of Ronald Goldman which knocked the wind out of her simultaneously.
Immediately after punching Ronald Goldman in the back of the head with extreme force while running toward him O.J. Simpson grabbed Ronald Goldman by the collar of his shirt and began stabbing him in the right side of his head, face and neck. Ron Goldman raised his right arm in a defensive move to try to stop the blows. He shouted hey!, hey!, hey!, very loudly. O.J. Simpson then stabbed Ronald Goldman in the right side three times with the knife which penetrated his lungs and organs. O.J. Simpson then pulled Ronald Goldman left and back by the collar with his left hand and slammed him against the iron gate very hard which caused the gate to slam against the fence. O.J. Simpson then head butted Ronald Goldman while still holding him by the collar of his shirt.
O.J. Simpson then withdrew his left hand from Ronald Goldman’s collar which caused the glove to be pulled off of his hand because it was knotted in to the collar. In addition Ron Goldman’ s blood had squirted on to O.J. Simpson’s left wrist from the three massive stab wounds in his right side. The blood acted as a lubricant as it ran down inside of the glove on O.J. Simpson’s left hand and made the tight glove easier to slide off of his hand. With his right hand O. J. Simpson swung the knife at Ronald Goldman’s neck and missed connecting deeply but left a long gash across his throat and then cut deeply in to Ronald Goldman’s right clavicle area. Ronald Goldman was attempting to fend off the attack by pushing O.J. Simpson away with his hands in front of him while trying to grab the arm swinging the knife. O.J. Simpson was swinging the knife quickly and with the strength of a mad man.
O.J. Simpson then swung the knife at the left side of Ronald Goldman’s neck and cut a deep wound at the base of his neck. O.J. Simpson then again swung the knife at his neck and stabbed him deeply directly in to the left side of his neck. He withdrew the blade and stabbed him again directly in the same wound area. O.J. Simpson was swinging the knife very quickly and with extreme force. He kept swinging the knife as Ronald Goldman began to faint as a result of extreme blood loss and the loss of blood pressure while trying to defend himself with his hands. Ronald Goldman’s hands and wrists were cut and impacted several times in the process of attempting to ward off blows from the knife that O.J. Simpson was swinging at him with O.J Simpson’s right hand. One of the times that Ronald Goldman attempted to push O.J. Simpson away the fingers of his right hand caught the knit hat that O.J. Simpson was wearing and tugged it off causing it to fall to the right of Ronald Goldman. It dropped to the ground near his right foot where it was later found near O.J. Simpson’s left glove.
As Ronald Goldman was fainting O.J. Simpson continued to swing the knife at him with his right hand and cut the left earlobe of Ronald Goldman as he fell to the ground. O.J. Simpson also cut a deep gash in the left thigh of Ronald Goldman as he was falling. After Ronald Goldman had impacted the ground O.J. Simpson then stepped toward him, bent down, and stabbed him deeply in the left upper abdomen and as he pulled out the knife was beginning to stand back up which caused a very long cutting wound.
Seeing Nicole Brown begin to push her self up from the corner of the stairs to his left O.J. Simpson then grabbed her by the hair with the hand of his left out stretched arm. As she was getting up he also pulled her upward by pulling her up by the hair above her head. He was beginning to stand up straighter also. O.J. Simpson then stabbed at the top of her head and hit her twice. Her hands, in a natural reaction to him pulling her hair, moved up towards his left hand which gripped her hair. As he stabbed at her head he cut her in the fingers and hands which were now moving upward above her head and approaching his left hand which held her hair.
O.J. Simpson then plunged the knife which he held in his right hand in to Nicole Browns left neck area three times very deeply. Upon his fourth attempt to stab her in the left neck area she caught his right wrist with both of her hands. Her palms were facing away from her. The impact on her neck on the fourth plunge of the blade caused a wound but did not enter her neck as deeply as the previous three stabs did. As he continued to attempt to stab her in the left side of her neck she pushed his arm back with both of her hands gripping his wrist. He then let go of her hair and reached around the back of her neck with his left arm.
She was bleeding profusely from the left side of her neck as a result of three deep wounds and the blood landed on the stair to her left. The blood was squirting out in pint amounts. O.J. Simpson then, with his left arm around the back of Nicole Browns neck, grabbed her under her chin with his left hand and lifted her up off of the ground.
Nicole Brown was kicking her legs while pushing away his right arm with both of her hands clenched on his wrist which held the blade as O.J. Simpson pulled it in toward her attempting to cut her throat. He continued to attempt to cut her throat repeatedly while holding her up off of her feet with his left hand under her chin. O.J. Simpson cut the knuckles of his left hand while pulling the knife toward her throat. She was pushing the knife away from her throat in an attempt to save her life. After many attempts to cut her throat while holding her up with his left hand under her chin he extended his right arm, which was longer then her arms, down to his right and broke the grip that she had on his wrist with her two hands.
O.J. Simpson then pulled his hand which held the knife toward Nicole Browns throat above her outstretched arms and came back and above her arms to the left side of her neck. He cut her throat from left to right with such extreme force that the knife blade penetrated 1/4 inch in to the bone of the vertebrae of her spine. His right hand, which held the blade, exited the right side of her neck and he extended his arm to his right after cutting her throat.
As a result of the severing of all of the nerves in her neck area which control the action of her limbs her legs dropped uncontrollably toward the ground. Her arms dropped down in the same manner. He still had her up off of the ground with his left hand under her chin. His right arm was away from him to his right. While her limbs were dropping he pulled his left hand away from under her chin to the left and let her body fall to the pavement beneath him. Her left leg fell between his feet.
Nicole Brown impacted the walkway pavement with her chin, forearms, fore thighs, hips and forefeet simultaneously while spouting quarts of blood from the massive wound in her throat. Because of the manner in which O.J. Simpson had been holding her up off of the ground with his left hand under her chin while cutting her throat the weight of her lower body caused the neck wound to open widely due to the downward pull of her body weight.
After Nicole Brown had hit the walkway pavement at his feet O.J. Simpson, while standing above her with the knife clenched in his right-gloved hand, stomped on her back with his left foot.
These crimes were committed very quickly and a modern estimate of the time that it took O.J. Simpson to complete these two deadly attacks is about four minutes. That is the actual attack time from the time that he ran up to Ron Goldman from around the corner of Nicole Browns condo to the time that he stomped on Nicole Browns back after slashing her throat. This time estimate is the result of the new crime recreation that I have completed using the above crime reconstruction information.
The witness who saw Ron Goldman walk up to Nicole Browns condo walkway, heard O.J. Simpson kill both victims and then saw O.J. Simpson drive away in his white Ford Bronco, Robert Heidstra, estimated a time of five minutes for the completion of the two murders. My estimate is similar and is as close as modern science allows. Either time estimate, four minutes or five minutes, could be correct as either time estimate leaves plenty of time for these two brutal murders to have been committed.
In Summation
The above stated description of the murders of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman has been compiled with all evidence now available to the public by myself. I have used all crime scene photographs and police evidence documents and have examined the evidence over a period of several months during which time I reviewed each item hundreds of times. Because I have had much more time to view and examine the evidence, including the autopsy reports of both victims, then the Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles District Attorneys office employees had available to them I have been able to do a far more accurate crime scene reconstruction then was available in the past.
Because of legally required time constraints on the LA PD and LA DA employees in preparation for the first O.J. Simpson murder trial they had to attempt to recreate the crimes at a faster rate that I have had to do. The result is that the crime scene recreation that I have completed is far more accurate then has ever been done before and is as concise as modern technology allows.
Newly Available Evidence
There was a great deal of evidence in the hands of the Los Angeles District Attorneys office prior to the first O.J. Simpson trial that was never brought in to the trial and viewed by the jury or television viewing audience but was later released to the public after both trials were completed and the period available for appeals was exhausted.
One of the very important pieces of evidence that was not offered to the jury during the first trial was the fact that the Los Angeles Police Department crime lab had tested O.J. Simpson’s blood for drugs and indeed did find traces indicating the presence of amphetamines in his blood test which was taken at 2:30 PM on June 13, 1994. And that was over 15 hours after the crimes were committed.
The fact that traces indicating the presence of amphetamines were found in the blood of O.J. Simpson over 15 hours after these two horribly brutal crimes were committed indicates the use of a massive amount of amphetamines by O.J. Simpson in the previous 24 hours. Amphetamines leave the blood stream quickly after they are ingested and pass through the body’s circulatory system.
Answers Still Needed
The fact that O.J. Simpson’s blood was tested for the presence of drugs the day after the crimes and that traces indicating the use of amphetamines was found in the blood test results was revealed by Hank Goldberg who was one of the prosecuting attorneys in the book that he wrote long after the trials were over. Why Marcia Clark, who headed the prosecution, decided not to offer the evidence of drug use by O.J. Simpson on the night of these two awful slayings to the jury has never been explained.
The two well known Hollywood area dope dealers that claimed to the Los Angeles District Attorneys office to have sold O.J. Simpson and Kato Kalein $100.00 worth of dynamite crystal methamphetamine at 8:40 PM on the night of the murders were also never called to testify in either of the O.J. Simpson trials.
While nothing will bring back the two tragically lost victims to their loved ones hopefully this newly completed crime reconstruction will make clearer to researchers how these two awful crimes were actually carried out by O.J. Simpson. With this recreation all doubt as to whether O.J. Simpson could have and did commit these two murders has been completely eliminated. Anyone interested in these crimes can now compare my new and accurate crime recreation to the crime scene photographs and other evidence and see how these grotesque and brutal murders were done by O.J. Simpson.
