Hi everyone. I'm currently working on an essay for my Parole/Probation class. The topic of the paper is "How current parolees are "beating the system". I am writing on certain ways an offender can get around electronic monitoring. Good, informative sources are difficult to come by and I was wondering if any member here knew of a good source on the subject or a good place to start looking for sources.
