Hello to All,
I am a criminal justice professor in Louisiana who found this quite by accident in searching for material for my admin/mgmt class (which I've converted to a leadership class). This looks like a most interesting site.
I was on the job full and part time for ten years in three departments and have been a reserve deputy sheriff since l988. I've been teaching for 20 years and have been involved in private security (executive protection, retail, concerts and special events) for the past 19 years.
