Hey this is JPowers responding to your message.  Not sure if this will work or not.  Technology challenged.  JP

Thanks for the info.  Let me know if you need anymore info about that training center in LA.  I deal with them quite a bit.

Hello,

This is the LASD sergeant.  I am testing this again.  I left you a message on the number provided from the handout from class.  I think I might be getting the hang of it.  I sent a few replies to others.

Hello fellow students,

Albert here and I am in my first UIU class at the Brea facility.  I am looking forward to completing my B.S. degree and continue on in my law enforcement career.  Aside from promotional opportunities, I hope to have the energy to follow my B.S. degree and complete a Master's before I retire.  Best of luck to all.

Regards,

Albert

Sgt. Winick,

I am a member of your Green Team.  I was giving some thought to our group project.  There are two ways we can break up the assignments:

1) The four of us need to cover two chapters.  We can split each chapter in half and assign a half chapter to each team member.

2)  We can identify four topics from the two chapters and each report on one of the topics.

I think the first would be effective in providing a thorough review of the material, allowing us to identify pertinent information as well as typos, etc.

Hello fellow students,

My name is Albert and I am a sergeant with a municipal police dept. in L.A. County.  I want to complete my B.S. degree and maybe explore a Master's degree.  So far, I am pleased with the UIU environment.  Best wishes to all.

Hey Simone, Albert here.  I picked up on the fact that you have competed in the police/fire games.  Awesome!  I too am a competitor and was fortunate enough to experience the world games in Quebec, Canada in 2005.  I look forward to these events yearly.  Keep training.

Lt. Mullins

The first one sounds fine. I'm good with that as long as Joe and Marcos are fine with it.

Hello my brothers and sisters,

My name is Dave and this is my final on-site class with Union. I'm a sergeant in Orange County and working in Admin. My goal is to finally obtain my Bachelor's Degree and then decide on whether I continue on. This course will definately increase my knowledge in police technology.

I'm an Officer with Los Angeles Police Department. I'm enrolled in Management of Criminal Justice Information Systems. I want to gain a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and with this course also gain technical computer skills. So far so good.
