| Good Evening, my name lbarrios, I have 13 years working with the Probation Dept. I plan to further my education to move up the ladder. I enjoy my choice of career and the facility I am currently working at. The only thing regret to this day is that I should have done this earlier in my career. But I have plenty of time now, to concentrate now. Thank you and God bless.

Hello to all of my Union classmates. My name is Jim and I’m currently a property crimes detective working for a police department in San Bernardino County. I’m currently enrolled in Criminal Justice Management Information Systems, which is my first course with Union Institute and University. I am desirous of obtaining my Bachelor Degree through the University and this is my first step in the right direction. I hope to gain useful knowledge during this course that I can later apply in the future within my agency.

| Hello there, I am an officer with Pasadena P.D. I am currently enrolled in CJM-410 Criminal Justice Management Information Systems and CJM-408 Management Of Criminal Justice Programs. My goal is to obtain my degree within the next year and a half.

I am currently a member of LASD on hoping to finish my degree early next year. My goals are to promote in the department and I figured a degree would definitely help. Good luckwith your future endeavors.

Hi,
Eric Mills here. I am new to UIU and the Arcadia CA campus. I am a Commander with the Pasadena Police Department, been here 33+ years. I have been away from formal school for that same time period. I am close to retirement, and after sending my 3 children thru college, I thought I would try to catch up with them. I am really enjoying the challenges.

Hello my name is Joe, I'm a deputy with L.A. County Sheriff's. I'm working towards my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Management. I've already learned a lot from my first two classes and hope to learn how technology can help me in my career in law enforcement.
