Hello all:19 years I3 specializing (Investigations, Interview,& Interrogations) experience. Further specialized in mediation which naturally lead to Hostage Negotiation. Last 5 years studied, developed and work as a District Emergency Contingency Planning, Exercise and Response Director (meaning ICS Guru). Of everything I have done, if I needed to name only two areas of expertise it would equally tie between Interview/Interrogations and Negotiation.
Love of teaching, boating (have a 63' single masted sail), traveling and reading. Not enough space here to list all the certs, diplomas, degrees and experiences, but this is a good start. Thought retirement from investigating for a major metro city would be great... ha, retirement is a killer, so now I mainstay by teaching ICS, negotiating (mostly body language), and Contingency Planning (mostly for DHS). Some may wonder why I switched font... Times New Roman is the ONLY Federally accepted font.
