Greetings my fellow Union participants. I'm joe Flannagan from the Alhambra Police Department. In 25 days, I begin my 30th year in Law Enforcement. I am a Sergeant currently incharge of our Investigations Bureau.
Like I said, I'm new to this cite and for the most part, pretty technology challenged beyond turning on my computer and checking my email.
