Could you fill out this questionnaire?  I am doing a research paper and need input so I can compare my findings.  I find that women quit the training process.  Should it be changed to fit the times for more success with females?  Why are females only rising to 2% in the force, while other jobs are becoming more equal.

Please email it to me, thanks a lot for your help with my college project.

Please note if you are female or male, your age and profession.  If you could put your level of education that would be great as well.

  1. Do you think woman can be trained to fight and use the correct use of force tactics as men?
  2. Do you think women belong in the police force? Why?
  3. Do you give as much respect to a woman police officer as you would a man?
  4. Since women now are lagging behind in being police officers, which is different from most jobs nowadays, do you think some changes should be made so we can have more succeed at the training?
  5. Why do you think women quit in the training process?
  6. Do women have some assets that men don’t have, in communicating tactfully to criminals?
  7. Why do you think there are only 2% women in the police force today, where other jobs it is more then 50%?
  8. How can we bring more success to requiting women in the force?
  9. Do you think men are supportive during women’s training or the main reason they quit?
  10. Do you think the instructors should make women prove themselves more then men during training?  Why do most interviewed women feel that they do?
  11. Do you think that the training should now be adjusted towards the woman’s body as well as the men’s body?  It was created by men many years ago, and never changed.  Is it outdated?
  12. What is your age?
  13. What is your profession?
  14. What is your level of education?
  15. Are you male or female?
  16. What other question comes to mind to you on this topic?
  17. 17. Do you live in the city, or the country?
  18. 18. Do you know a female police officer?  Do you respect her?
