How crazy is this? Former LAPD Chief Bratton leaves and an audit uncovers $2.6 million dollars were mismanaged. After reading the article in the LA Times, it just makes me wonder where is the accountability in top management? We see it in corporations where the top exec, mismanage millions and now we see it in a a top Law Enforcement agency. Patrol officers are held to their decisions, why aren't top level managers?
